The department plans to establish a graduate institute in the future to further promote advanced research and education in creative technology and design in Taiwan.

Many international universities also offer programs in this field. For example, universities such as the Institute for Creative Technologies (University of Southern California), the School of Design and Creative Technology (University of Texas at Austin), Auckland University of Technology, University of Portsmouth, and Virginia Tech have all established Master of Creative Technologies programs.

Students who earn a degree in Creative Technology will therefore have greater advantages and opportunities for pursuing advanced studies abroad.
